TROUBLESHOOTING
ONE OF MY KARMA PARTS BROKE
You have several options to replace the part:
• If the warranty period has not expired, contact Customer Support
for a replacement part.
• If you purchased GoPro Care, most replacement parts are included
in the plan (camera replacements are available for a fee). For more
info, visit shop.gopro.com/care.
• If the warranty period already expired and you did not purchase
GoPro Care, visit gopro.com to purchase a replacement.
KARMA OR THE CONTROLLER WON’T POWER ON
Make sure the component is charged. For details, see Charging the
Karma Battery and the Controller (page 8).
KARMA WON’T RESPOND WHEN I PRESS A BUTTON
Press and hold the
Power
button [ ] on Karma for eight seconds to
reset it.
THE CONTROLLER WON’T RESPOND WHEN I PRESS A BUTTON

[ ] button on the controller for eight
seconds to reset it.
THE START/STOP BUTTON ON THE CONTROLLER IS RED
• Flashing red: The Karma controller or Karma is experiencing an error.
To resolve the error, follow the instructions on the controller.
• Solid red: The Karma controller lost connection with Karma during
landing. In this situation, Karma automatically returns to the
controller. If a signal is re-established during this flight, you can press
the Land button [
] to cancel the return flight and regain control
of the drone.

THE POWER BUTTON ON KARMA IS YELLOW
Recalibration is required. The controller also notifies you and provides
step-by-step instructions when calibration is needed.
KARMA WON’T PAIR WITH THE CONTROLLER
Karma and the controller are paired out of the box. But if you need to
re-pair them, follow these guidelines:
• Be sure you are not near an area that contains multiple Wi-Fi signals
or devices.
• Be sure to correctly follow the pairing instructions on
the controller.
• Move the controller at least 6’ (2m) away from the drone.
