6.Check before riding
6.1 Before using this ATV, be sure to check the items listed in
the following table
Project
Convention
Motor transmission
1. Check the motor transmission oil and add the oil to the special standard.
2. Check the oil leakage of the vehicle and correct it if necessary
Rear brake
1. Check operation and correct if necessary
2. Check the free play of brake lever and adjust it if necessary
Finger dial accelerator
1. Ensure smooth operation, and check the dial acceleration lever free play
2. Lubricate the lever shell if necessary
Wheels and tires
1. Check the condition of the wheel and replace the damaged wheel
2. Check tire condition and tread depth, and replace if necessary
3. Check air pressure and correct if necessary (10psi-24psi)
Control handle
1. Ensure smooth operation and lubricate pivots if necessary
Chassis fastener
1. Ensure that all nuts, bolts and screws are securely fastened
Meter and switch
1. Check operation and correct if necessary
Battery
1. Check whether the battery is sufficient and whether the battery is
damaged
2.Before the first driving,please charge the battery to activate it.
6.2 Rear brake
Check the rear brake lever for free play, if it does not brake properly, adjust
it.
When the ATV needs to brake, pull the brake lever, the ATV can effectively
brake. If the brake is not sensitive or unable to brake, please contact the
dealer for repair or replacement.
Brake operation
Test the brakes after a slow start to make sure they are working properly,
if the brakes do not provide proper braking performance, check the brakes
for wear.
6.4 Be careful for riding
If you are inexperienced, get training to ride
Beginners should be trained by certified instructors
First familiarize yourself with the car at slow speeds. Even if you are an
experienced rider, do not attempt to operate at maximum performance
