Replace Vanes
1. Turn the pump OFF and disconnect from power.
2. Using 6mm hex wrench, remove the cover plate and O-ring
(see Figure 2).
4. Remove the shaft key, rotor, and vanes.
5. Inspect vanes for wear and damage. Replace
as necessary.
6. Wipe the rotor pocket with a clean cloth.
8. Replace the rotor, shaft key, and vanes, making sure the vanes are oriented
withatsidefacingforward(asshowninFigure2a).
9. Make sure the cover plate O-ring is securely in place.
Tighten the cover plate to the housing.
