8. Tighten Tether Strap
Remove all the slack.
7. Attach Tether Hook
Extend the tether by lifting up on the tether lock
and attach.
Consult vehicle owner’s manual for specific
location.
9. Test For Tightness
Grab the sides of the seat where the lower anchor
strap is and slide the car seat side-to-side and
front-to-back.
If the seat moves less than 1” (2.5 cm), it is tight
enough.
