16. Expose the SnugLock® Lock-Off
A. Raise the headrest to the highest position.
B. Lift the headrest pad flap up out of the way.
C. Undo the 2 lower snaps.
17. Open the SnugLock® Lock-Off
Pull the lever to open the SnugLock® lock-off.
