Installation Steps for Upgrading DC330 with the Spot Varnish option

Mount New Servo F

Physically install the new servo motor (SRV.F) in the machine.

Disconnect and Move Plugs CN2 and CN6

Disconnect existing servo plugs and connect them to the new servo F.

Connect STO A;B and Power Wires

Wire safety function STO and power connections for servos SRV.D, SRV.E, and SRV.F.

Verify CN6 Wiring and Adjust Galil Board

Check CN6 wiring and relocate the 15-pin cable on the Galil board.

Wire Safety Board and Connect Components

Follow wiring guidelines for the safety board and connect associated components.

Enable Spot Varnish Feature via DIP Switch

Activate the spot varnish feature by adjusting a specific DIP switch on the PDC board.

Wire X5 Board to Galil Board
