Connecting a Touch Screen Monitor
The MAV-GUI has a “monitor” output port on its underside near the USB ports, the monitor
port can be used to connect to an external “computer” touch screen or normal display monitor.
The external monitor will have to have a 1920 x 1080 display resolution and it is recommended
that the monitor be larger than 21 inches.
Touch screen monitor - once the external monitor is connected to the MAV-GUI, a USB control
lead (also connected to the MAV-GUI - shown above) is connected, allowing the touch screen
functions to be used.
Non- touch screen monitor - once the external monitor is connected to the MAV-GUI, a USB
mouse (also connected to the MAV-GUI - shown above) is used to control the soft MLC menus
on the monitor screen.
