is not saved on EEPROM. After a panel processor board replacement, the
Video Processor Frame IP address will need to be re-entered.
Menu Panel IP Information
Menu Panel IP information is not stored on the EEPROMS. This informa-
tion resides on each Menu Panel processor, using standard Windows OS
methods. Replacing a Menu Panel processor will require resetting all Menu
Panel IP addresses. This includes the actual Menu Panel IP addresses, as
well as the addresses the Menu Panel uses to communicate with the Video
Processor Frame and Control Panel (DPOPs).

Note Pressing the Reset button performs a hard reset of the panel processor. The
preferred reset method is to use the EMEM area, which performs a controlled
shut-down of the panel software and then reboots the operating system. The
Reset button should only be used if the panel is in a state that does not allow
an EMEM area reset.
