This menu can be accessed in two ways:

Via the Config / Attached Macros menu by clicking the Attached Macros button,
which is visible in all menus at the right side between the middle digipots.
This button is only visible when there is at least one macro attachment. The
button is gray or green, depending on the settings in the menu
