In the Inputs and Outputs tabs, the SFP Number column will reflect the Streams/SFP
configuration in the Board Config tab. For example, with a board configured as
8 inputs/4 outputs, then board inputs 1-8 will be on SFP Number 1 and board inputs 9-16
will be on SFP Number 5.
About IP Audio, Ancillary, and Redundancy
SMPTE standards ST 2110-30 Audio, ST 2110-40 Ancillary Data, and ST 2022-7 Redundancy
are supported for IP streaming with the GV K-Frame X and V-series switcher systems, in the
Video I/O, IP I/O Config switcher menu. Audio and Ancillary data are not currently
supported for 4K TICO Compression formats.
Note: ST 2022-6 video can be configured to package ST 2110-30 audio
and ST 2110-40 Ancillary data from other IP streams, the source’s
embedded audio and/or ancillary data will be replaced.
Redundancy
Redundancy requires that the IP stream on SFP B is being received on a separate network
from SFP A so if one stream is compromised, the other stream is not affected.
