Files saved to the System Storage, Frame User Directory will be available to any system
user.
Files saved to the
Remote Storage, Menu C:\ location on the Menu Panel will be available to
any user of that Menu Panel. Multiple Menu Panels operating with that system will not be
able to access files stored at this location on another Menu Panel, unless drives are mapped.
Files can also be saved to an external medium, like a USB Memory Stick, and then removed
for personal storage unavailable to other users.
Save important files to multiple locations (for example, to the Video Processor Frame, Menu
Panel, and a USB Memory Stick), clearly identify the files (perhaps including the date in the
file name), and store removable media containing these files in a safe place.
