2 Troubleshooting
2.1 E1 High Pressure Protection
Fault code:
Applicable mode: HOTWATER; SAVE; PRESET; NIGHT
Fault judgment condition and method: E1 is displayed on the wired controller. The troubleshooting
method is shown in the flowchart below.
Possible cause: 1) Poor connection of the water tank temperature sensor; 2) Loose pressure switch
cable; 3) Pressure switch fault; 4) Mainboard fault
Troubleshooting:
E1 high pressure
protection
Check whether the
thermo-bulb of the water
tank is properly installed.
Check whether the
pressure switch is
abnormal.
Check whether the
pressure switch is
properly connected.
Replace the mainboard.
Installed the thermo-bulb
properly.
Re-connect the cable for
the pressure switch.
Replace the pressure
switch.
