11. Removal Procedure
11.1 Removal Procedure of Indoor Unit
Caution: discharge the refrigerant
completely before removal.
Step Procedure
1. Remove horizontal louver
Hold the horizontal louver with two hands and pull
out the linkage pole slowly; grasp the linage pole
of left drive box with one hand and grasp the left
end of horizontal louver board sub-assy with the
other hand; remove the hook with little force, prop
up the linkage pole sub-assy with one nger, push
the horizontal louver to the left, make the crossed
clasp in the linkage pole sub-assy from the crossed
groove in the right end of horizontal louver sub-
assy to make the horizontal louver separate from
the motor shaft.
2. Remove panel
Slightly push the panel rotation shaft to separate it
from the hole of panel case, and then remove the
panel.
Loose the screw xing the sealing cover of I Sense
board, and then remove the sealing cover.
Pull out the connection wire terminal between
boards in the coversion board.
Note: after removing the terminal, assemble the
sealing cover (I Sense board) to avoid damaging
the coversion board due to accidental factors;
