Removal and Installation of Gas-liquid Separator and Compressor
Remark: Before removing the compressor, make sure that there is no refrigerant inside the pipe
system and that the power has been cut off.
Step Illustration Handling Instruction
1. 拆除压缩机电源连接
线
A．先用扳手拧开压缩
机电源盒盖；
B．然后用钳子拔离压
缩机电源线
C．再将压缩机电源插
片拔掉
2. 拆除汽液分离器固定
螺钉
用螺丝刀将汽液分离
器与隔板之间的固定
螺钉拆除。
3. 拆除汽液分离器进出
管
A．用气焊加热汽液分
离器进出管路后拔离
汽分；
B．焊接时要充氮保护，
氮气压力为
0.5±0.1kgf/c ㎡（相对
压力）
C．加热时注意，以防
周围物料因高温烧毁
4. 移开汽液分离器
将汽液分离器从机组
上移开
