The manufacturer warrants that it will repair or replace, free of charge, any failure
due to defects in materials or workmanship or both occurring during the applicable
warranty period, subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in the following
paragraphs. Limited warranty coverage only applies to Green Machine products that
are purchased from an authorized Green Machine
®
retailer located in the United
States, U.S. territories or Canada. This warranty is effective for and is subject to the
time periods and conditions stated below. For warranty service, purchaser must
make the product available to the nearest Authorized Service Dealer, which can be
found by contacting the help line at 800-541-7027.
Persons Covered This Limited Warranty
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail
purchase and is not transferable.
"Consumer Use"
“Consumer Use” means personal residential household use by a retail consumer.
"Commercial Use"
"Commercial Use" means uses for commercial, income producing purposes. This
warranty is void if the product has been used for rental purposes.

Wet grass clippings are sticking

Allow the lawn to dry before
mowing.
The cutting height is too low. Raise the cutting height.
The cutting height is too high. Lower the cutting height.

The blade is blunted or
damaged.
The grill is dirty.
The mower’s belt and/or gears
are damaged.
Damaged or broken wheels.
The cutting blade is loose. Tighten the outer nut.
Balance the blade set according
to the “SERVICING THE BLADE”
section of this manual.
The cutting blade is bent. Replace the blade.
Raise the cutting height.
Contact the service center. Do
not attempt to make this repair
on your own.
The motor shaft is bent.
The cutting height is too low.
The cutting blade is
unbalanced.
Check the drive wheels for
damage, performing maintenance
if necessary.
Check the belt and gears,
performing maintenance if
necessary.
Clean the grill on the grass
catcher.
Sharpen or replace the blade.
Allow the lawn to dry before mowing.
