Function Description:
The Eagle Peak 9 ft x 4 ft Foldable Greenhouse is designed for garden usage, providing a protective environment for plants. Its primary function is to create a controlled microclimate, shielding plants from adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, hail, snow, and excessive UV rays, while also offering a space for cultivation. The foldable design allows for easy setup, takedown, and storage, making it a versatile solution for gardeners. It features a PE top that covers the frame, a zippered door for access, and roll-up curtains for ventilation and light control. The greenhouse can be secured to the ground using stakes and ropes, or to a concrete wall using expansion sleeves and self-tapping screws, ensuring stability in various outdoor settings. Additionally, it includes hooks for hanging flower pots, with a maximum weight capacity of 20 lbs, enhancing its utility for plant display and growth.

- Warranty Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, accidental or deliberate damage, abuse or misuse, use not complying with product instructions, damage from inclement weather (wind, rain, hail, snow), products purchased through non-authorized dealers, and altered or modified products. Prolonged exposure to UV rays causing fabric to fade and deteriorate is also not covered.
- Altitude Limitation for Top Warranty: For altitudes above 3000 feet, the warranty period for the greenhouse top is limited to 1 year.
Usage Features:
- Easy Setup: The greenhouse features a foldable frame that can be partially pulled apart and lifted. The PE top is then unfolded, unzipped, and placed over the frame, securing it with Velcro connections at the corners and to the legs.
- Locking Mechanism: The frame includes sliders on each corner that lock automatically into holes in the upper legs when lifted, ensuring a secure structure.
- Adjustable Height: The greenhouse height can be adjusted by pressing a push pin on each leg and raising or lowering the bottom leg extension.
- Secure Installation: The greenhouse can be secured in place using multiple methods:
- Stakes inserted into the footpad of each canopy leg.
- Stakes inserted into loops at the bottom of the sidewall.
- Ropes tied to the corners of the top fabric on the windowed side, secured to eight stakes in the ground at equal distances from the tent corners. Plastic adjusters on the ropes allow for proper tension.
- For concrete walls, two holes (ø10 mm) can be drilled, expansion sleeves inserted, and self-tapping screws used through the ring of the PE top.
- Ventilation and Access: The greenhouse features a zippered door and roll-up curtains, allowing for easy access and adjustable ventilation to control the internal environment.
- Hanging Hooks: Integrated hooks provide a convenient way to hang flower pots, maximizing space and display options.
- Foldable Design: The greenhouse is designed for easy takedown and storage. This involves removing all self-tapping screws, retracting legs to their original height, unlocking the frame sliders, removing the PE top, and then lifting one corner of the frame (keeping one leg on the opposite corner on the ground) to push inward until the frame is fully closed.
Maintenance Features:
- Weather Precautions: It is crucial to never set up or continue to use the greenhouse in snow, hail, rain, wind, or storm conditions, especially lightning storms, as damage can occur and pose a danger. In inclement weather, the greenhouse should be taken down and stored, and valuables removed.
- Gentle Handling: When opening and closing the frame, users are advised to take their time to avoid bending the frame or pinching fingers/hands.
- Site Selection: Avoid setting up the greenhouse on steep inclines to ensure stability.
- Heat and Flame Safety: Keep the greenhouse away from heat and flames at all times. Barbecuing or building fires under the greenhouse is strictly prohibited.
- Cleaning: The PE top should be hand washed using only mild soap and water. Harsh detergents, abrasives, or bleach should never be used. Fabric components should not be machine washed.
- Drying and Storage: Never fold or store the greenhouse when it is wet or damp. It must be allowed to dry completely to prevent mildew formation.
- Anchoring: The frame MUST be staked or properly weighted down at all times to prevent it from being moved or damaged by wind.
- Replacement Parts: In case of needing replacement parts, customers are instructed to contact Eagle Peak through their website. A detailed list of spare parts is provided, including the central cap, eave assemblies, ceiling assembly, leg assemblies, top with sidewall, stakes, rope, expansion sleeves, and self-tapping screws.
- Warranty Claims: For warranty claims, do NOT ship the product back to the manufacturer without prior authorization from EAGLE PEAK Consumer Support (service@eaglepeak.com). Proof of purchase and defect pictures may be required.
