Why is my Greenway Home Products GWF8 leaking water?

If water is leaking out of your Greenway Home Products Dispenser, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the water filtration system is level and that any bottle support collar or spike has been removed. Also, check that the float seal is correctly inserted and free of residue. If the inner float is caked with residue, remove the silicone float seal, separate the inner float, clean it, and reassemble. Finally, if water leaks between the upper and lower chambers, drain water from the taps to bring the water level in the bottom chamber to the maximum level line, and avoid overfilling the upper chamber when the lower chamber is full.
