Step 4
Attach the connection bar to
the front axle using M6x17
shoulder bolts (3), M6
washers (3), M6 lock nuts (3).
Hand tighten each bolt first
and once all bolts are in place
tighten securely.
Step 5
Attach the rear axle assembly and the rear struts to the bed using M8x20 carriage
botls (4), M8 washers (4), and M8 lock nuts (4).
A. Secure the rear axle assembly onto the bed using M8x20 carriage bolts (2), M8
washers (2), and M8 lock nuts (2). Tighten bolts securely.
B. Slide the rear struts onto each end of the rear axle assembly. Secure the struts to
the frame using M8x20 carriage bolts (2), M8 washers (2), and M8 lock nuts (2).
For ease of assembly, slide the carriage bolt head
through the strut first.

Paso 4
Fija la barra de conexión al del
eje delantero con (3) pernos de
hombro M6x17, (3) arandelas
M6, (3) contratuercas M6.
Primero ajusta cada perno con
la mano y, una vez que todos
los pernos estén en su lugar,
ajústalos completamente.
Paso 5
Fija el ensamblaje del eje trasero y los amortiguadores traseros a la cama con (4)
pernos de carro M8x20, (4) arandelas M8 y (4) contratuercas M8.
A. Asegura el ensamblaje del eje trasero a la cama con (2) pernos de carro M8x20, (2)
arandelas M8 y (2) contratuercas M8. Aprieta todos los pernos firmemente.
B. Desliza los amortiguadores traseros sobre cada extremo del ensamblaje del eje
trasero. Asegura los amortiguadores al armazón con (2) pernos de carro M8x20, (2)
arandelas M8 y (2) contratuercas M8. Para facilitar el ensamblaje, desliza
primero la cabeza del perno de carro a través del amortiguador.

Paso 6
Monta las ruedas en el carrito no
sin antes colocar los
espaciadores de ruedas (4) en los
ejes delantero y trasero.

the wheel spacers (4) onto the front
and rear axles.
