Bool
Control bit that sets the value of the custom relay.
0 = Relay state logical 0
1 = Relay state logical 1.

Bool
Control bit that pulses the custom relay. 0 (no pulse) will be the resulting
state.
0 = No pulse
1 = Pulse.
