Hinweis zum Zusammenbau: Vor dem Zuriickdrehen des Kurven-
rades 25 in die Tray-Position (Fig. 7.17) ist durch Drehen des Zahnra-
des 6 (Fig. 7.22) die Zahnstange 23 in die beim Ausbau markierte
Stellung u (Fig. 7.19) zu bringen.
Der weitere Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfoige.

7.10 Disc-Detect-Sensor (Photo Reflektor) einstellen
- 8 Schrauben @ (Fig. 7.6 / 7.7) herausschrauben, Laufwerkab-
deckung 48 ausrasten @ (Fig. 7.6 / 7.7) und zusammen mit der
CD-Magazinabdeckung 39 sowie der oberen Leiterplatte abneh-
men.
- Schublade 41 herausnehmen (siehe Pkt. 7.1). Achten Sie dabei
auf den Trager (Zahnstange) 50 (Fig. 7.10).
- CD-Magazin ausbauen (siehe Pkt. 7.5).
- Sicherungsring 125, Zahnrader 33 und 32 abziehen (Fig. 7.17 /
7.18).
- Kurvenrad 25 aus der Tray-Position im Uhrzeigersinn (ca. 90°) in
die Play-Position drehen (CD-Laufwerk wird angehoben).
- Schraube ©) (Fig. 7.23) lésen.
- Disc-Detect-Sensorplatte 80 so verschieben W), daB sich der
Photo Reflektor 86 auf derselben Mittellinie @ wie die Achse Y)
Note when re-assembling: Before turning the cam 25 back to the
Tray-position (Fig. 7.17) turn the toothed wheel 6 (Fig. 7.22) until the
toothed rack 23 reaches the marked position u (Fig. 7.19).
- Reverse the procedures to re-assemble the unit.

7.10 Adjustment the Disc-Detect-Sensor (Photo Reflector)
Unscrew 8 screws (i) (Fig. 7.6 / 7.7), disengage the cover 48
of the mechanism (Fig. 7.6 / 7.7) and remove it together with the
cover of the CD magazine 39 and the upper PCB.
- Take out the tray 41 (see para 7.1). In doing so, take care of the
carrier (toothed rack) 50 (Fig. 7.10).
- Remove the CD magazine (see para 7.5).
- Pull off the locking ring 125, and toothed wheels 33 and 32
(Fig. 7.17 / 7.18).
- Turn the cam 25 from the Tray-position clockwise(approx. 90°) in
the Play-position (CD mechanism is up).
- Loosen the screw ®) (Fig. 7.23).
- Adjust the Disc-Detect-Sensor board 80 @) so that the Photo
Reflector 86 is in the same centerline @ as the CD mechanism
