Decoder or satellite receiver
In order for the television to receive encoded programs from a
privately operated station, a decoder is needed.
Connecting a decoder or satellite receiver
1 Connect the »SCART« socket on the television set and the ap-
propriate socket on the decoder using a EURO-AV cable.
Operating with an analogue decoder
1 Switch on the television and the decoder.
2 Open the »SOURCE« menu by pressing »AV«.
3 Press » Λ « or » V « to select the »ANALOG« (analogue preset)
and press »
OK« to confirm.
4 Select the preset with »1 ... 0«, »PR+« or »PR-«.
5 Open the »MAIN MENU« menu with »MENU«.
– The »MAIN MENU« menu is displayed.
6 Select »FEATURES« by pressing » Λ « or » V « and press »OK« to
confirm.
– The »FEATURES« menu appears.
7 Select the »DECODER« with » Λ « or » V «.
8 Press » « or » « to select the »ON« setting.
9 Press »EXIT« to end the setting.
