CAUTIONS:
1. Inspect all parts for possible damage before assembling.
If there is any damage - DO NOT USE. Contact dealer/
carrier for further instructions.
2. Make sure that the height adjusting pushbuttons fully
extend through the same corresponding hole of each
leg extension. This ensures that the leg extensions are
securely locked in place at an even height.
3. Make sure all screws, nuts and/or bolts are tightened.
4. Make sure the rubber tips are in place on the leg
extensions and not ripped, worn or missing. Replace any
missing or damaged tips.
5. The rubber tips of all four leg extensions MUST touch
the floor simultaneously at all times.
6. NEVER stand on chair.
NOTE: To maintain appearance and promote good
hygiene, clean periodically with mild soap and rinse with
warm water. Wipe bath seat dry after each use.
