What to do if my GÜDE Chippers/Shredders machine is not running?

  If your GÜDE Chippers/Shredders machine isn't running, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the collection box and feeding hopper are properly installed. A defective outlet or damaged extension cable could also be the culprit; try another outlet and inspect/replace the cable, if needed. Check the fuse and replace it if it has been activated. Finally, the overload protection might have been triggered. If so, press the overload protection button and clear any blockages as described in the “Operation” section.

Why is shredded material not pulled in my GÜDE Chippers/Shredders?

  If your GÜDE Chippers/Shredders isn't pulling in shredded material, it might be because the material is too wet and soft. Use the sliding part to help insert the material. Alternatively, the material might be jammed. In that case, remove the blocked material, always wearing safety gloves.
