6.5.1. Model 9330 /100 M

Step 1. Set up the 6675A in High Ohms measurement mode. Do not emerse the

two resistors in oil. Attach the 100 M Standard Resistor to Rs and the

Resistance Transfer Standard configured as 100 M to Rx

Step 2. Set test voltage = 990 Volts

Step 3. Set reversal rate = 120 seconds

Step 4. Start measurement and record ratio =

Step 5. Interchange resistors and repeat test
