3.4.1. Base Menu.
Typically consists of four function key (or less) description areas, and a status line.

3.4.1.1. Base Menu Display.
When there are more than four functions for a given menu level a <MORE> function
key will appear. Pressing this menu option will display the remaining set of
operations available at the current menu level.
