Open the
GDM-8261 rear
panel slot
Take off the two screws on the slot corners to remove
the optional slot cover. Keep the screws for later reuse.
Insert the
scanner
Insert the scanner bottom-side-up (already configured
according to the procedures on page 97) into the slot.
Close the cover by tightening the screws.
Power On
Connect the power cord and turn On the power.
