Application: External trigger
Background
The GDM-8261 uses the internal trigger by default, for
example to count the frequency and the period. Using an
external trigger allows for customized triggering
conditions.

Connect the external trigger signal to the Digital I/O
port located on the rear panel.

1. Activate

Press the Shift key followed by the
Trig key. The EXT indicator appears
