Frequency/Period Settings
The input voltage/current range for frequency/period
measurements can be set to Auto range or to Manual. By default,
the voltage/current range is set to Auto for both the period and
frequency.
Range
Voltage
100mV, 1V, 10V, 100V, 750V
Current
10mA, 100mA, 1A, 10A
Note
The input jack setting determines whether the
voltage frequency/period or current
frequency/period is being measured. See page 80
for details.
Manual Range
Set the range with the Up and Down keys. The
AUTO indicator will turn off when a new range
is selected.
Autorange
1. Press the Auto/Enter key.
2. AUTO will be displayed on the screen again.

Note
Pressing the 2nd key twice will toggle the view of
the second display between the voltage/current
range and the menu function (FREQ or PERIOD).
Note that the voltage/current range can actually
still be set even when the secondary display has
been toggled to show the menu function.
