A complete sending instruction package (PC side) is as follows:

Since the format and number of digits of the sending command
packet are fixed, the command word and parameters must be filled
with hexadecimal HEX: 0x00 if the number of bytes is less than the
specified number. For example, the Hex format of a complete
sending packet is as follows:

The packet size of the instrument response is also 64
bytes, which is not enough to fill with 0x00 (Note: not
the ASCII number 0).
A received packet (instrument side) is as follows:
