accumulated water on the road does
not go above the lower edge of the ve-
hicle body. If there is a large quantity
of accumulated water on the road or
the water depth is unknown, the vehi-
cle shall take a detour and do not go
through a direct course.
〉
When analyzing road conditions, do
not allow the vehicle to enter an un-
known region. Such regions may con-
tain hidden obstacles, such as ditches
or manholes.
〉
While fording in the water, keep low
speed (speed should not exceed 10
km/h) and do not park or switch gears.
〉
When the vehicle passes an intersec-
tion, try to avoid the waves generated
by the preceding vehicle to prevent
water from entering the front grille.
Check and maintenance after
fording
Once the vehicle has been safely driven
through water, perform the following
operations immediately:
〉
Step on the brake pedal a few times
consecutively, and check whether
brake performance has been compro-
mised.
〉
Check the horn.
〉
Check all vehicle lamps.
〉
Please head to service provider as
soon as possible for routine check.
When the vehicle passes through wa-
ter, water may enter the components
of transmission system and dilute lu-
bricant, which may lead to system mal-
functions.
CAUTION
〉
Travel in water is only applicable in
emergency situations and it cannot
be used as a part of routine driving.
〉
Travel in water may damage the mo-
tor controller, power battery pack,
transmission system and other com-
ponents, resulting in serious damage
to the vehicle.
Driving during the hot sea-
sons
Hot weather and high temperature in
summer are bad for the normal vehicle
running and the health of driver. To en-
sure driving safety, the driver shall pay
attention to the following items:
Preventing at tyre
As air pressure in the vehicle tyre rises
with temperature increase, at tyre is
likely to occur in case of hot weather
and high temperature in hot season.
If you experience a at tyre in the course
of the drive, hold the steering wheel se-
curely, step gently on the brake pedal to
decelerate, and avoid actions such as
emergency braking or sudden steering.
Failure to adhere to the advice may
cause the vehicle to go out of control.
