Do you have a question about the Habitat Okko and is the answer not in the manual?
The Okko 953115 is an alarm clock designed for indoor use, offering both timekeeping and alarm functionalities with a battery backup feature. It comes with a safety class II transformer, IP20 rated, for power supply.
The primary function of the Okko 953115 is to display time and provide an alarm. When plugged in, the display will blink if the time is incorrect, prompting the user to set the correct time. An alarm indicator will be displayed when the alarm is set to sound. The clock allows for setting both the current time and a specific alarm time. A snooze function is also available, which, when activated, postpones the alarm for 9 minutes. In case of a power interruption, a 9V battery can be inserted into the battery compartment to maintain the alarm and time settings, preventing the need for a full reset once power is restored. Without the battery backup, a power interruption will cause the display to flash, and both the alarm and time will need to be reset.
The Okko alarm clock is designed for straightforward operation with several dedicated buttons for setting time and alarm.
Setting the Time: To set the current time, the user needs to press and hold the "Time set button" (5) along with the "Hour set button" (3) until the correct hour is displayed. After releasing the "Hour set button," the "Minute set button" (4) should be pressed until the correct minute is displayed.
Setting the Alarm: Setting the alarm follows a similar procedure. The user must press and hold the "Alarm set button" (6) along with either the "Hour set button" (3) or the "Minute set button" (4) to set the desired alarm time.
Operating the Alarm: To activate the alarm, the "Alarm ON/OFF switch" (7) should be slid to the ON position. The alarm will sound at the set time. To turn off the alarm, the switch should be slid to the OFF position.
Snooze Function: When the alarm sounds, pressing the "Snooze button" (2) on the top of the case will activate the snooze function, delaying the alarm for 9 minutes.
Battery Backup: A 9V battery can be inserted into the "Battery compartment" (8) located at the bottom of the clock. This battery will preserve the alarm and time settings during a power outage. If there is no battery and power is interrupted, the display will flash, and the time and alarm settings will need to be reset.
General Instructions for Battery Use:
Maintaining the Okko alarm clock is simple and requires minimal effort to ensure its longevity and proper functioning.
