5.7 Printer
The printer icon allows you to configure the printer settings for the analyzer. You can
independently configure the printing of analysis results and the frequency of printing for online
TOC and conductivity modes.
Printer connection is made using the 9-pin D-subminiature serial port. The RS-232 interface
communicates at 9600 baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity.
The printout report requires a 40-column printer.
• If the printer is purchased from Hach Ultra, the switches are preset at the factory.
• If a Seiko Instruments DPU-414 Type II thermal printer is installed, the electronic DIP
switches must be set as listed in Table 5-2:
