  If your Hahn & Sohn Portable Generator engine runs but there's no voltage in the sockets, check that the main switch on the control board is in the "ON" position. Also, verify that the RESET button is in the "ON" position. Ensure the connection is correct and try different cables. Disconnect any potentially damaged devices and connect a different device to test. Tighten any loose wiring nuts downstream of the control panel or at the end of the generator. Finally, check the carbon brush or AVR to ensure they are connected to both ends of the rotor; replace if necessary.
