Take care not to injure hands on sharp blades of cutting tools and moving parts.
The machine may only be installed by an authorized specialist.
Never put hands in feed attachments or cylinders except for cleaning.
Never put hands in machine outlet when feed cylinder is lowered and handle raised.
Only an authorized specialist should repair the machine or open housing.
Always press machine stop button before fitting or removing tools.
Before cleaning, switch off machine and remove plug or open isolating switch.
Set machine and attachment speed controls as per table.

Start compressor, adjust delivery pressure to 6 bar, handle as per manufacturer.
Verify machine stops when locking handle is lowered.
Check machine stops when feed attachment lock knob is turned unlocked.

Check power cable is in good condition, not cracked.
Get specialist if electric cable is damaged or safety functions fail.
Check knives and grater plates are in good condition and sharp.
Check plug, feed cylinder, attachment lock, plate position, fuses.
Check cutting tool, decoring device, speed controls, pressure.
Use ejector plate and protective glove to turn tool clockwise.
Use spanner (4:H) to unscrew components.
