How to Use Sausage Stuffer
1. Before inserting Accessory,
make sure Stand Mixer is
unplugged and Stand Mixer
Speed Control Dial is set to
OFF ( ).
2. Follow Steps 1-5 from “How
to Assemble and Grind.”
3. Add spices and other
ingredients to ground meat.
Mix thoroughly.
4. Place Sausage Extruder on
Auger Pin with notched side
facing in. Hold Stuffing Tube
against Sausage Extruder and
slide Collar over Stuffing Tube.
Turn clockwise until secured in
place.
5. Insert Food Tray opening into
top of Grinder Chute.
