How to Make Kibbeh (a Middle Eastern dish of ground meat and bulgur wheat, with various fillings)
1. Before inserting Accessory,
make sure Stand Mixer is
unplugged and Stand Mixer
Speed Control Dial is set to
OFF ( ).
2. Follow Steps 1-5 from “How
to Assemble and Grind.”
3. Place Kibbeh Extruder on
Auger Pin with notched
side facing in. Hold Kibbeh
Flange against Kibbeh
Extruder and slide Collar
over Flange. Turn clockwise
until secured in place.
4. Insert Food Tray opening
into top of Grinder Chute.
5. Add kibbeh dough to Food
Tray. Plug into electrical
outlet.
6. Turn Stand Mixer Speed
Control Dial to 3-4. Using
Food Pusher, feed dough
through Grinder Chute.
7. Cut dough into desired
lengths. Seal one end of
each piece of kibbeh and
fill with desired filling. Seal
other end. Cook according
to your recipe.
