Plug mixer into outlet.

Speed control should always be
set on lowest speed for starting,
then gradually moved to desired
higher speed to avoid splashing
ingredients out of bowl.
When finished, turn speed
control to OFF (O).
Unplug from outlet.

To remove attachment, turn
counterclockwise and pull straight
down.
Remove splatter shield from bowl.
Slide splatter shield over bowl
until it is against the area above
the attachment shaft.
