How to Use Chopping/Mixing Blade
1. Place bowl on base and
carefully slide blade straight
down onto the motor shaft.
2. Add food to bowl.
3. Place lid on bowl. NOTE: Unit
will not work unless latches
on bowl are locked and large
food pusher is engaged in the
protective interlock.
4. Place food pushers in food
chute. Do not add food above
the MAX fill line.
w WARNING
Laceration Hazard.
• Handle blade carefully; it is very
sharp. Make sure unit is turned
OFF ( ) and is unplugged.
• Always use food pusher to feed
food into the chute. NEVER
PUSH FOOD THROUGH CHUTE
WITH HANDS OR OTHER
OBJECTS.
NOTE: Operate using only one
blade or disc at a time.
5. Plug into outlet. Press desired
function button (SLICE/SHRED,
PUREE/MIX or PULSE TO
CHOP).
6.
When finished, press OFF
( )
button and unplug. Lift up lid
latches and remove lid from
bowl.
7. Carefully remove blade from
motor shaft. Lift bowl straight
up to remove it and then
remove processed food.
