ガラスのお手入れの方法/Product care - Glass
洗浄する場合は、やわらかいスポンジに中性洗剤を
使用してください 。
やわらかいスポンジでも、下図のようにガラスに 傷 の
つくスポンジやクレンザーは使 用しないでください 。
思わぬときに破損する原因となります 。
◆本製品 は食器洗い乾燥機のご使用ができます。ご使用の際は、お手持ち
の食器洗い乾燥機の取扱説明書をよくお読みください 。
◆ガラスの汚れのひどいときは「家庭用漂白剤」を薄めてご使 用ください 。
 その際「家庭用漂白剤」の取扱注意事項を必ずお守りください 。漂白後は
十分に水洗いしてください 。
臼はセラミック製、金属部はステンレスを使用していますので、丸洗い
ができます。また、臼の部分を分解してお手入れすることもできます。
分解する際、部品をなくさない様にご注意ください。
※ 臼にはコーヒーの油分が付着します。薄めた中性洗剤に浸け置きにし、十分に
すすぎ洗いしてください。洗浄後は、完全に乾燥させてからご使用ください。
※ Coffee oil adheres to the burr. Immerse the burr in diluted neutral detergent,
and then thoroughly rinse out it. After washing, let it dry completely.
The burr unit can be dismantled and maintain them. Please mind not to
lose components when decomposing. The burr is made from ceramic
and the metal parts are made from stainless steel. All parts can be
washed.

How to remove the burr
①固定ネジを反時計回りに回して取り外し、ハンドル・ストッパー
を外します。
②粗さ調節ナットを反時計回りに回して取り外し、ワッシャーを
外します。
③臼を下から抜きます。

①Turn the locking screw counterclockwise and remove it,
handle and stopper.
②Turn the grind adjustment nut counterclockwise and remove
it and washer.
③Remove the burr from the under.
◆This product may be washed in a dishwasher.
 Please follow the instructions of dishwasher properly.
◆Diluted household bleach may be used for cleaning tough stains
on the glass. When using household bleach always follow the
instructions properly.
Please wash the glass thoroughly after bleaching.

コーヒーを淹れる器具に適した挽き方
Theappropriatewaytogrindforcoffeeequipment.
Due to the difference of the way to grind depending on equipment,
please follow the instruction manual of the equipment.
※Please use fresh coffee beans every time.
器具によっては豆の挽き方が異なる場合がありますので、ご使用にな
る器具の取扱いに従ってください。
※コーヒー豆はいつも新鮮なものをご用意ください。
ご使用の際は/ When using
少量の豆を入れて挽きながらコーヒー粉の粗さを調節してく
ださい。（調節方法を参照してください。）
コーヒー１杯分が約10〜12gです。1〜2杯分をコーヒー豆入れ
(ホッパー)に入れてください。一度に多く入れますとハンドル
が重くなったり、豆が飛び出したりします。先に入れたコーヒー
豆が少なくなってから追加して
ください。
本体を手でしっかりおさえ、ハンドルを時計回りにゆっくり回すと豆
が挽けます。
※ハンドルを逆回転（左回し）させると、挽き臼を
傷めますので絶対にしないでください。
Use a soft sponge and mild dish detergent
for cleaning.
Even when using a soft sponge, do not use
the sponges or cleansers shown below that
will damage the glass. Doing so may cause
the glass to break unexpectedly.
コーヒー粉の粗さ調節方法/ Adjusting the coffee grind
材質のご案内 / Material guide
①Turn the locking screw counterclockwise and remove it.
②Remove the handle and stopper.
③Turn the grind adjustment nut to the desired grind level.
※ Turn right (clockwise) to make the grind finer,
and turn left (counterclockwise) to make it coarser.
④Lock the grind adjustment nut with the stopper.
⑤Install the handle and locking screw.

③ 粗さ調 節ナットを 回し 、お好みの粗さに調節します。
※右（時計回り）に回すほど細かく、左（ 時 計 と 逆 回 り ）に回すほど粗く挽けます。
④ストッパーで粗さ調 節ナットを 固 定します 。
⑤ハンドル・固定ネジを取り付けます。
