STEP 26. Depress the TCU rail lock button on each side of the TCU rails and slide
it into the rack.

STEP 27. Replace the four Phillips screws that hold the TCU in the rack. See
figure 7.
STEP 28. Raise the TCU front panel into its normal position.
STEP 29. Restore AC power to the transmitter by setting the breakers at the top of
the cabinet, and the transmitter main disconnect, to ON.
When the Panel PC completes its boot up cycle the TCU Home page will
appear as shown in figure 18.
