The camera body and film magazine have
indicator vindo\ss (5 and whose dis-
pla>.s are affected by the film advance.
The following signals cart be displayed tn
the indicator windows;
A. Both windows while: Camera ready for
exposure
B. Both windows red: An exposure has
been made but the fifm has not been
advanced nor the shutter cocked. Ad*
vance the film and cock the shuiter with
the crank (2).
C. Film advance indicator window ($) red
and shutter cocking indkator window
white; Magazirte altactied to a cocked
camera with the exposed frame un-ad-
vanccd. Remove the magazine, trigger ihe
camera, replace the magaziue and ad¬
vance the film.
D- Film advance indicaror window fS)
white and shutter cocking indicator
window (9) red: Magazine with advanced
film attached to uncocked c&mcra. De¬
press the mirror program disc (13), in¬
cluding the red center button, and wind
the crank (2) one full turn. The di« fl3)
only has to he kept depressed during the
initial phase of crank revolution.
General rulvj .Make sure the signals in the
indicutor windows (B and 9) display the
name color before attaching a magazine.
Mkcetlaneous
The film winding crank (5) is op'y blocked
at frame 1. So you can wind film onto
the mag trine take-up spool any time after
frame I is exposed.
rhe frame counter (7) is automatically
reset when the n>ll holder key (44) is
removed.
The center of the roll harder key (44)
feauires a film consumption indicator (45)
which is white when the film supply spool
is full but w'hich gradually turns red as
eacli frame is advanced. A compleiely red
film consumption indicator means that
the final frame on a roll has been exposed
or that there is no film in the magazine.
The ASA or DIN film speed (B) can bs
set on the film indicator (4).
Settings are made by flipping down the
indicator lid (4) and rotaiinp the serrated
ring. There is space behind the lid (4)
for insertion of a film box lab as a
reniiider,
