If the ionization is not available for your Haug Power Pack, first check the connections on the discharging power pack to ensure they are properly connected. Also, inspect the ionization unit for any electrically conductive deposits and clean it if necessary. If the discharging power pack is damaged, immediately shut it down and secure it to prevent unintentional restart.
