Profilausfräsung Schiebeflügel und
Riegelstange ablängen
– (1) Beide Getriebe 25.5 gemäß dem Kapitel "Flügelmontage"
ablängen (ohne Abb.).
– (2) Riegelstangenführungen 25.10 in den abgelängten
Getrieben positionieren und 40 mm von Oberkante Getriebe,
mit Inbus SW 3 festschrauben.
– (3) Riegelstangen 25.11 um 186 mm kürzen.
– (4) Abgelängte Riegelstangen in Getriebeschienen einführen
und mit Inbus SW 3 in der Kupplung 25.12 verschrauben.
Führungen oben montieren
Bei Holzprofilen müssen Führungen oben 25.8 montiert werden.
Position und Bohrungen siehe Abb. 3.
Profile milling Sliding Sash and
Cutting of locking rod
– (1) Cut both espags 25.5 to length according to the chapter "
Mounting sash" (without fig.).
– (2) Position the guides for locking rods 25.10 into the cut-to-
lenght espags and fix them with allen key 3 AF, 40 mm from
the top edge of espags.
– (3) Shorten the locking rod 25.11 by 186 mm.
– (4) Insert cut-to-lenght locking rods into espags and fix them
with allen key 3 AF into the connector 25.12.
Mounting of guides, top
In case of timber profiles, guides top 25.8 has to be mounted.
Position and drillings, see fig. 3.
