Laufwagen am Schiebeflügel HS 440
– (1a) Laufwagen Griffseite 1.1 und griffseitigen Tandemlaufwagen 1.8 mittels Verbindungsstange 2.3 und 2 Kerbstiften miteinander
verbinden. Diese Laufwagengruppe in die Beschlagnut einsetzen (die Beschlag nut muss gratfrei sein) und mit 7 Schrauben befes-
tigen. Erst am Laufwagen Griffseite die unteren 3 Schrauben 4,8 x 38, dann die beiden seitlichen Schrauben 3,9 x 45 und zum
Schluss die 2 Schrauben 4,8 x 38 am Tandemlaufwagen eindrehen. Die Schraubreihenfolge unbedingt beachten! Die abgelängte
Verbindungs stange 2.1 (FB - 1230 mm) durch die Kammer des Flügelprofils in das Kupplungsstück des griffseitigen Tandemlaufwa-
gens stecken und mit 2 Gewinde stiften 4.2 (6 ... 7 Nm) festschrauben.
– (1b) Nun den Laufwagen Nichtgriff seite 1.3 und den nichtgriffseitigen Tandemlaufwagen 1.8 mittels Verbindungsstange 2.3 und 2 Kerb-
stiften miteinander verbinden. Diese Laufwagengruppe mit dem Tandemlaufwagen auf die Verbindungs stange 2.1 stecken und
mittels Gewinde stiften 4.2 (6... 7 Nm) festschrauben. Danach beide Laufwagen mit jeweils 2 Schrauben 4,8 x 38 am Flügelprofil
festschrauben (zuerst den Tandemlaufwagen und danach den Laufwagen Nichtgriffseite).
– (1c) Die Verklotzung des Schiebeflügels muss wie gezeigt über den Verbindungsstellen der Laufwerke erfolgen.

– (1a) Connect bogie handle side 1.1 and tandem bogie 1.8 on handle side by means of connecting rod 2.3 and
2 grooved pins. Insert this group of bogies into the fitting groove (the fitting groove must be free of burrs) and
fasten it with 7 screws. Start by screwing in the lower 3 screws 4.8 x 38 at the bogie handle side, then con-
tinue screwing in the two lateral screws 3.9 x 45, and finally screw in the 2 screws 4,8 x 38 at the tandem
bogie. Strictly adhere to this order when tightening the screws! Put the cut connecting rod 2.1 (FB - 1230
mm) through the chamber of the sash profile into the coupling piece of the tandem bogie on handle side and
connect it using 2 threaded pins 4.2 (6 ... 7 Nm).
– (1b) Now connect bogie on non-handle side 1.3 and tandem bogie 1.8 on non-handle side by means of connec-
ting rod 2.3 and 2 grooved pins. Connect this group of bogies with the tandem bogie to the connecting rod
2.1 and screw it in place using 2 threaded pins 4.2 (6... 7 Nm). After this, fasten both bogies with 2 screws
4,8 x 38 each at the sash profile (first the tandem bogie and afterwards the bogie non-handle side).
– (1c) Glazing of the sliding sash has to be made above the connecting area of the bogies as shown.
