Mounting on running track and guide track
Je Festflügel werden zwei Anschlagteile montiert.
– (1) Die Schiebeflügel so weit wie in Abb. 7 gezeigt
aufschieben.
– (2) Den Bolzen Ø 8,0 x 50 und den Gummipilzpuffer in das
Anschlagteil 7.2 einstecken. Verwenden Sie die Unterleg-
platte 7.14 für die Laufschiene und die Unterlegplatte 7.15
für die Führungsschiene. (Abb. 8).
– (3) Platzieren sie die Lehre Riegelbock 28.9 ca. 20 mm vom
Flügel entfernt auf die Laufschiene und verwenden sie die
Gewindestifte um die Lehre zu fixieren (SW 2,5). (Abb. 9)
– (4) Bohren Sie die Löcher Ø4,2 für die Schraube und Ø8,0 für
den Bolzen und entfernen Sie die Lehre wieder. (Abb. 9)
– (5) Montieren sie den Anschlag mit der Unterlegplatte 7.14
mittels 4,8 x 80 Schraube. (Abb. 10)
– (6) Schieben Sie die Klemmplatte 7.16 in die Führungsschiene
(bei Nachrüstung die Führungsschiene vorher demontieren).
Achten sie dabei auf die korrekte Ausrichtung der Klemm-
platte. (Abb. 11)
– (7) Schieben Sie den Flügel leicht an den unteren Anschlag.
Montieren sie den Bolzen 3.24 sowie die Unterlegplatte
7.15 und stecken Sie in die Klemmplatte 7.14. Schieben
Sie den Anschlag bis an den Schiebeflügel und montieren
ihn mit einer M5 x 65 Schraube.
Two sash buffers per fixed sash will be mounted.
– (1) Open the sliding sash as far as shown in fig. 7.
– (2) Put the pin Ø 8,0 x 50 and the rubber piece into the sash
buffer 7.2. Use the packer 7.14 for the running track and
the set 7.15 for the guide track (fig. 7).
– (3) Place the jig locking bolt 28.9 approx. 20 mm away from
the sash on the running track and use the grub screws to
clamp the jig (AF 2,5). (Abb. 9)
– (4) Drill the holes Ø4.2 for the screw and Ø8.0 for the bolt
and remove the jig. (Fig. 9)
– (5) Mount the sash buffer 7.2 with the packer 7.14 using the
4.8 x 80 screw. (Fig. 10)
– (6) Slide the clamping plate 7.16 into the guide rail (in case of
retrofitting, dismantle the guide track beforehand). Make sure
that the clamping plate is correctly aligned. (Abb. 11)
– (7) Slightly push the sash to the lower sash buffer. Mount the
pin 3.24 as well as the packer 7.15 and insert it into the
clamping plate 7.14. Slide the sash buffer against the
sliding sash and mount it with an M5 x 65 screw.
