Waxing
Waxing is beneficial to the protection and
maintenance of the vehicle. To ensure the
effectiveness of the wax, the vehicle must be
thoroughly washed before waxing.
There are currently many kinds of vehicle wax
on the market, each with different characteristics,
so you need to be careful in making the right
choice, as the wrong choice not only fails to
protect the vehicle’s body, but can also affect
the color of the paintwork.
You need to give thought to the properties of
the wax, the age of the car, its color and the
environment in which you drive etc. If unsure,
you can ask an authorized service center or
other expert.
Touching up paintwork
You should regularly check the bodywork for
chips or scratches. If there are any, they should
be repaired immediately to prevent rusting.
Touching up should only be done for minor
chips or scratches, larger paint repairs should
be carried out by experts.
Checking for leaks
Park the vehicle on a flat road surface and after
a period of time check under the vehicle for
leaking fluids. If there is an obvious leak, please
contact an authorized service center to carry
out repairs.
