Swipe Right to Left to turn on the display, and then swipe Right to Left to scroll to next display.
Double tap for command/confirmation (Exercise only & manual sleep only).
Double tap to confirm starting exercise tracking. The exercise timer begins.
During Exercise mode, scroll to 'PAUSE' display, then double tap to pause tracking.
When paused, display shows 'RESUME?'. Double tap to resume tracking from timer.
