Why is my Heat Electric Heater radiator not heating up?

If your Heat Electric Heater isn't heating up, first ensure that the radiator is switched on both at the mains and on the appliance itself. Check the fuse in the plug or fused spur, and confirm that the supply light is illuminated. If the room temperature is already higher than the thermostat setting (supply light shows Green or Orange), increase the thermostat setting to your desired warmth; the radiator should then heat up (supply light shows Red). If the supply light is off, it indicates that a fail-safe safety device has been triggered.
