The
Heathkit
Model
ItM-4100
Frequency
Counter
is
a
versatile,
easy-to-use,
solid-state
frequency
counter
which
can
accurately
measure
frequencies
to
over
30
MHz.
The
Counter
also
is
a
period
meter
and
an
events
counter.
The
