  If your Heavy Duty Power Systems Inverter's generator isn't producing electricity or welding voltage, first ensure the master switch (NFB) is turned to the “ON” position. If that's not the problem, the carbon brush of the generator may be worn, leading to poor contact, so try exchanging the carbon brush. Also, check the socket contact and adjust the contact feet if necessary. Make sure the engine reaches its rated revolution. If the issue persists, the AVR automatic governor or the potentiometer of current regulation for electric welding might be damaged, requiring replacement.

  If the diesel engine of your Heavy Duty Power Systems Inverter won't start, begin by ensuring there's enough fuel. Next, check that the fuel switch is in the “OPEN” position. If these aren't the issue, the high-pressure pump and nozzle may not be injecting fuel properly; disassemble the nozzle and adjust it at a test table. Also, confirm the speed control lever is in the “RUN” position and check the lubrication oil level, ensuring it's between the “H” and “L” graduations. Make sure you are starting the diesel engine in accordance with the requirements of the start operation procedures. If the nozzle is dirty, clean it. Finally, ensure the accumulator has electricity; charge or exchange it if necessary.
